Success stories
Hear from beneficiaries across Nigeria and what the programme has done for them.
I finished my HND with no clear path. Tech Connect taught me practical data skills, then connected me to an employer who needed them.
Outcome: placed as a junior data analyst
My family has farmed for generations. Through Agro Connect I learned modern processing and storage, and now I supply a food company.
Outcome: signed a supply contract for her produce
The training was practical and the support team answered every question. I now work at a community clinic close to home.
Outcome: employed as a community health worker
I had the trade skills but no certificate or network. Build Connect trained and certified me, then connected me with a construction firm.
Outcome: hired as a site electrician
Teach Connect trained me in modern classroom methods and placed me in a school that needed a mathematics teacher.
Outcome: placed as a secondary school teacher
I trained for IT support while still a student. By the time I graduated I already had an interview waiting.
Outcome: secured an IT support role after graduation
About Connect Power
We help Nigerians learn practical skills and provide jobs to the masses across five sectors.
Who we are
Connect Power is a learning and jobs platform for Nigerians. Many capable people lack access to practical training and to opportunities that match their skills, while businesses struggle to find trained, reliable people.
We close that gap by combining skills learning with job opportunities in five sectors: Tech Connect, Agro Connect, Health Connect, Build Connect and Teach Connect.
Learn practical skills
Training built around the skills each sector needs, so you finish ready to work.
Connect to real jobs
Pathways into work with partner employers and organisations that have been checked.
Open to everyone
Open to Nigerians in all 36 states and the FCT, regardless of gender, religion or ethnicity.
Our five sectors
Each programme track combines learning with a route into work.
Tech Connect
Software development, data analysis, cybersecurity and IT support.
Agro Connect
Modern farming, agribusiness, food processing and agri-tech.
Health Connect
Community health, nursing support, laboratory and pharmacy skills.
Build Connect
Construction, engineering and skilled trades such as welding, electrical work and plumbing.
Teach Connect
Modern teaching, tutoring and school administration methods.
